Routine That ISH-Distance Learning
Online learning can be difficult to adjust to; not only for students but as teachers as well. We are currently in week 7 of online learning, and at first, it took me a while to adjust to not being in a consistent routine. I found myself very fatigued from just staring at my screen between prepping, online conversations and contacting companies for free subscriptions. I had to make a change, and for some of you, I am sure you are experiencing the same frustrations. So after creating an @ home routine that works best for me, I thought I would share my daily.
Step 1: Shower
Step 2: Healthy breakfast/fuel. I like to use a protein shake...here is the ingredients.
1 scoop of Organic Keto Protein
1 Date for sweetness
Cup of water
1 Mini Pistachio Milk
6:45 am- 7:45
My workout schedule is usually:
Monday: Chest, Tris, Cardio
Tuesday: Bi's and Back, Abs, HIIT
Wednesday: Legs and Shoulders
Thursday: Chest, Tris, Cardio, Abs
Friday: Bi's and Back, Abs, HIIT
Saturday: Legs and Shoulders
Example of a HIIT:
30 V sits
8:15 am-10:30 am
Me time: I may play a video game, go for walk, journal or just relax for a bit
12:30-3:30 pm Online Classes
3:30-4:30 Grad School Homework
7:00-9:00 Family Time
And then I am in bed by 9:30. It is so crucial to maintain your regular sleep schedule.
I hope this helps you find your routine and keep your mind and your body healthy.
